Standard filters are often designed only to capture large dust particles, protecting the HVAC mechanicals. RadialSHIELD® filters are high-efficiency life-safety components. They use advanced media (MERV 16, EPA, or HEPA) to capture microscopic particles—including crystalline silica and diesel particulate matter—that standard filters allow to pass through.

When used in a pressurized system, they provide the necessary filtration efficiency and low-restriction airflow required to maintain the strict CO2 and particulate limits dictated by international safety regulators.
While replacement intervals depend on your specific job site, our filters are designed with innovative pleat geometry that resists blinding better than flat filters. When paired with a Sy-Klone pre-cleaner, many of our customers see significantly extended filter life. We recommend monitoring your cabin pressure.
